Training once per week | NON-COMPETITIVE
The Mid North All-Stars offer both recreational and competitive cheerleading and dance classes. Recreational cheerleading is great for those who are curious about what cheerleading and dance involved. We currently run multiple recreational cheer classes for those aged 4-15 years of age.

Tiny Cheer & Pom Team - TINY HEROS
Ages 4 - 6 (Tiny Novice)
Great for beginners! No prior experience necessary.

Tumble
Ages 7 +
Great for beginners and even for those more advanced! Teaching novice through to level 3 cheerleading tumble skills.
Youth Cheer Squad - SUPERSQUAD
Ages 7 – 9 years (Youth Novice)
Great for beginners! No prior experience necessary. Learn to stunt, jump, tumble & dance.

Junior Cheer Squad - SUPERGIRLS
Ages 10 – 15 years (Junior Novice)
Great for beginners! No prior experience necessary. Learn to stunt, jump, tumble & dance.
HOW DO I JOIN RECREATIONAL CHEER?
